01 Senior full-stack engineer / Salzburg

From product intent
to dependable releases.

I’m Denis Schüle — a Software Architect with professional software experience since 2019.

My current work at SKIDATA spans Operator Applications for mobile access—including Apple VAS, Google Smart Tap and NFC—alongside Spring Boot microservices, Vue.js / TypeScript, BLE and distributed systems.

A mobile product project using computer vision and direct audio-visual feedback to support guided rehabilitation exercises.

The concept keeps camera and exercise data on the device, avoids user accounts and cloud storage, and was shaped through close teamwork with engaged stakeholders.

MobileBDD / VS Code extension

A language toolchain
for mobile test automation.

As part of my MSc work, I developed a VS Code extension with diagnostics, completion, navigation, AIM validation, and one-click Maestro flow generation and execution.

A TypeScript extension client communicates with Kotlin LSP and CLI services built on a shared ANTLR language core and semantic model. An optional Ktor/React UI visualizes generated artifacts and runtime results.

Make technology
feel possible.

Since mid-2025, I have held two to three hands-on courses per month for groups of 3–20 participants aged 10 to 70.

Sessions cover web fundamentals with HTML, CSS and JavaScript, as well as Python and Microsoft MakeCode. The aim is to make technology approachable and show how broad the possibilities in IT are.

03 How I work

Clarify. Build.
Own what runs.

I like the connective work: turning an unclear need into a shared decision, keeping product intent close to implementation, and staying involved after release.

01signal

Clarify

Ask the question behind the request. Make constraints and trade-offs visible so the team can make a sound decision.

02craft

Build

Keep the product goal close to the code. Prefer small, testable steps that preserve momentum and make the system easier to understand.

03stewardship

Own

Stay close after launch. Learn from the running system, improve what matters, and share responsibility for the outcome.

I’m at my best in teams that give people room to think—and expect them to use that room responsibly.

Energy comes
from outside.

The best reset is usually a change of scale: a trail, a horizon, weather, a little distance. It keeps curiosity physical and perspective honest.

05 Next move

Let’s talk about
what comes next.

If you’re looking for a senior engineer who connects product intent, system detail, and responsible delivery, I’d be glad to continue the conversation.
